Currently, all our products are sent from Slovenia, EU.
To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your address.
Our delivery options and costs may vary depending on the destination country.

Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We’ll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
Ordering & Tracking
We usually process and dispatch your order within 24 hour from the moment your place your order. Please note, this will take longer during a sale.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by going to “My Account“ and selecting “My Orders“.
Taxes & Duties
There are no customs duties or any other taxes for orders within EU.
If you have placed an international order, certain duties and taxes may apply, in accordance with your local rules.
In the future, we plan to introduce a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price – but that’s to come.
We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Soon we will also introduce an option to pay with Klarna.
All payment processing is done by Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay (depending on what payment option you select), so we do not store any of your credit cards details.
