Canceling an order
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you would like to cancel. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, our team will cancel and refund the items for you.
Received a damaged item?
We are so sorry if you received a damaged/defective product! Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, a clear photo showing the damage, and any other important details to help us find a resolution.
Received a wrong item?
Damn and blast! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item you received, and the correct item you need to be shipped to you.
Never received an item?
If you are missing an item after checking the tracking, please email email@example.com with your order number and what item is missing! We’ll do our best to track it down or send a replacement.
